What this site is
Carrier Claim Packet is a claim-preparation service run by Josh Finer / Finer Technologies (Newtown, PA). We prepare cover letters and evidence packets for lost or damaged package claims by hand, with help from AI tools, and a person checks each one. You submit the claim yourself on the carrier’s official site.
Payments and refunds
The claim packet costs $9.95, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription. After you pay, we email you within 1 business day to check eligibility and collect your details, and we usually send your packet within 1 business day of receiving them. If we can’t finish before your carrier’s filing deadline, or we have more orders than we can handle on time, we refund you in full instead. If you are not eligible to file a claim with your carrier (for example, a recipient where only the sender can file), or if we can’t help, we refund the full $9.95. You can also ask for a full refund any time before we send your packet by emailing josh@finertechnologies.com.
